Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Colombo
On arrival at the airport, meet your Tour Executive at the arrival lounge who will assist with the transfer to the Colombo hotel for two nights stay.
Day 2: Royal Colombo Golf Club (B)
After breakfast transfer to the Royal Colombo Golf Course for you to have your first Golf experience. Built-in 1879 this course is a green oasis accompanied by a clubhouse of colonial charm. Evening free to explore Colombo city or just relax at the hotel.
Day 3: Colombo – Kandy (B)
Travel to Kandy and afternoon free to relax at the hotel or explore the town. Stay two nights in Kandy.
Day 4: The Victoria Golf Club (B)
Morning transfer to the Victoria Golf Course for you to enjoy a round of golf. Located alongside Victoria Lake and dwarfed by the Kandyan mountain range is a Donald Steel creation and is an 18 hole, 6946 yards, par 73 layout. Evening free to explore Kandy city or just relax at the hotel.
Day 5: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (B)
Journey to Nuwara Eliya and afternoon free to relax at the hotel or explore the town. Stay two nights in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 6: Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (B)
After breakfast transfer to the Nuwara Eliya Golf Course for you to enjoy a round of golf. This 18-hole course, 6399 yards long, par 71 was founded in 1889, by British planters who opened up the land for tea in the county, is one of the oldest golf clubs in Asia and probably the world. Evening free to explore town known to produce the best Ceylon tea.
Day 7: Nuwara Eliya – Hambantota (B)
This morning travel to Hambantota, free to relax at the hotel or explore the close by National Parks. Yala National Park, today holds the world’s largest concentration of leopards and elephants. Bundala National Park is
an important wintering ground for migratory waterbirds in Sri Lanka, or head to Galle the UNESCO World Heritage Fort is an 18th-century Dutch walled town with chic shops, grand colonial houses and beautiful beaches. Stay for three nights.
Day 8: Hambantota Shangri- La’s Golf & Country Club (B)
Day free at leisure to enjoy a round of golf. Shangri-La’s Golf & Country Club in Hambantota is 18 hole golf course designed on a former sapphire mine. Spread across a vast coconut palm plantation, it offers spectacular views and distinctive challenges for both beginners and seasoned players.
Day 9: Hambantota Shangri- La’s Golf & Country Club (B)
Spend the day at leisure. Optional: Round of Golf at the Shangri-La Hambantota Golf Club.
Day 10: Hambantota – Colombo Airport (B)
Today you will be transferred back to Colombo and the tour finishes by evening with a direct transfer to the international airport.
